Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days, with custom and made-to-order pieces taking a little longer. You will get tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way. Every Rhino product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two years, and strap products are covered for a full five. If something is not right, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Need this bag in different colors, a different size, or a specific layout? Most of our gear can be made to order, and we can add embroidered names or initials or sew on your own unit patches. To keep it field-ready, brush off dry dirt and spot clean with mild soap and water, avoid petroleum products and harsh cleaners near the zippers, and air dry after any deep clean.
