Orders and Payments

Order confirmations do not guarantee acceptance. Rhino Products reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders, subject to applicable law. If a paid order is canceled by Rhino Products, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products are manufactured to your specifications. Once production begins, these orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for change-of-mind reasons or customer ordering errors.

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured products will be handled according to our Warranty Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Returns and Warranties

All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy, as applicable.

Product Use and Safety

Rhino Products equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable product instructions and safety guidelines.

Patient-restraint and immobilization products are not designed or approved for use as in-vehicle occupant restraints. They must not be used as a substitute for approved vehicle restraint systems.

Users are responsible for selecting appropriate equipment and following applicable training, safety procedures, and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, text, and product designs, belongs to Rhino Products or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhino Products is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
