Where are Rhino Products made?

Rhino Products proudly designs and manufactures our bags and straps right here in the USA. Since 1990, we've been committed to producing durable, high-quality equipment in Michigan. Our products are field-tested and built to withstand the demands of real-world use.

Do you make custom bags?

Yes! Most of our gear can be customized in the colors, sizes, and layouts your team needs. We also offer embroidered names or initials for an additional fee.

Have your own department or unit patches? We can sew them on for an additional charge, or FREE with an order of 5 or more items.

What warranty comes with my gear?

We stand behind the quality of our products. All Rhino-manufactured products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years, while strap products receive 5 years of coverage.

During the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund defective products as appropriate.

Out-of-warranty repairs may be available on a case-by-case basis, with pricing based on the condition of the product and repairs needed.

How do I request a repair or warranty claim?

No return authorization is required, but we recommend contacting us before sending your product.

Please include your name, return shipping address, phone number, and a brief description of the issue.

What is your return policy?

Unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with prior approval from Rhino Products.

Custom and made-to-order products are final sale unless defective, damaged, or manufactured incorrectly.

Bulk and volume order returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product's condition and whether it can be restocked and resold.

How long will my order take to ship?

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Custom, made-to-order, and bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Estimated lead times will be provided when you place your order. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Can QuickStraps be used as vehicle or gurney restraints?

No. QuickStraps and backboard straps are designed for backboard use only. They are not to be used as gurney or in-vehicle restraints.
