"First-in-the-door" was designed so the Kalamazoo DPS officers/EMT's could carry everything with one hand. Huge trauma bag has main compartment for "D" tank, suction, defib, and BVM's. HDPE insert protects tank and provides platform for the defib. Room between bottom of tank and bag end for small suction machine.
